All clinicians are trained and supervised in Attachment Theory and Object Relations. In addition, each therapist comes to the practice with their own style and training, from body centered practices such as Hakomi, Authentic Movement, and Mindfulness, to more traditional therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed approach.

Jocelyn has been in the field for over 20 years and providing therapy for over 15 years. Her primary clinical orientation is attachment theory but has a broad range of skills and theories that she draws from during sessions. She enjoys working with adults, couples, and running groups.
